feat!: align with Motion 14.0.0 (#497)

Update motion and motion-dom to 14.0.0 and pin both exactly. Motion 14
pins its internal packages (framer-motion, motion-dom, motion-utils) to
each other exactly; svelte-motion also depends on motion-dom directly,
so a looser range could install a second motion-dom and split its
shared state (frameloop, VisualElement store, scale correctors).

- Guard tests: motion and motion-dom pinned to the same exact version,
  and our motion-dom is the same installed copy motion -> framer-motion
  uses (red on the previous ^13.5.1 ranges)
- Motion 14 only removes internal compat APIs restored in 13.5.1
  (observeTimeline, attachTimeline rangeStart/rangeEnd); none are used
  here and the public API is unchanged

BREAKING CHANGE: svelte-motion 2.x requires Motion 14 (motion and
motion-dom are pinned to 14.0.0).
