Support non-sequence iterables in nth (#274)

* Support non-sequence iterables in nth

nth is annotated t.Iterable[T], but indexes by position through pyd.get,
which needs a sequence. Anything else fell through to attribute lookup
and returned the None default, so a generator, set, dict view or zip
object silently gave the wrong answer rather than raising:

    nth([1, 2, 3, 4], 1)        -> 2
    nth(iter([1, 2, 3, 4]), 1)  -> None

Realize the input when it is neither a Sequence nor a Mapping. A mapping
is left alone deliberately: it is indexed by key rather than by position,
so nth({0: "x"}, 0) is "x", and realizing one would look up its keys
instead.

This is the same shape as the recent scale() fix for iterators (#260).
Sequence behaviour is unchanged for lists, tuples, ranges, strings and
bytes.
