feat: write VarDict's variant class as INFO TYPE (#109)

TYPE is SNV, Insertion, Deletion, Complex, or DEL, DUP or INV for a symbolic structural variant, and is absent when there is no ALT allele. It is computed with VarDict's own rule (Variant.varType) on the alleles this record writes rather than copied from VarDict's VarType column, because VarDict labels a Complex call before trimming its shared bases and never relabels it. The two agree on every record of the per-patient VCFs checked.
