orders: remove auction_limit and OrderType auction twins (#903) (#920)

auction_limit built the same Order as limit_order once 4.2 dropped its
strategy param; BOX routing is a contract property. OrderType::AuctionLimit
and AuctionRelative sent LMT/REL like Limit/Relative and validated the
same. BOX auction note moves to limit_order's doc. Migration 5.0 §17.
