Updated the unit tests for the DeflateStream-based CompressedStream

Since the client now uses a single DEFLATE stream for the entire session
(rather than resetting the dictionary at each command boundary),
ImapReplayStream has to keep a single persistent decompressor alive for
the duration of the session, exactly like a real IMAP server would,
rather than decompressing each command independently.

Also flush the CompressedStream before snapshotting the compressed
response bytes: FilteredStream.Flush() does not flush the stream that it
is writing to, and unlike the old implementation, DeflateStream does not
transmit on every Write().
