Flush print output made before a runtime error (#495)

* WASM: flush prints made before a runtime error

The WASM evaluators returned early on error without sending the collected
prints, and interactive runs threw away the output buffer. Send prints first,
then the error (carry prints on the thrown error in interactive mode); runFile
does the same.

* Headless runners keep print output made before a runtime error

runCode, runCodePy2Js and the PVML interpreter threw away their collected
output on error, so the CLI showed only the error. Carry the partial output on
RunError/Py2JsRunError and print it first in repl.ts (WASM too).
