chore: refresh crate metadata (#918)

* subscriptions: cancel always unregisters; tick cancel after done writes nothing (#911)

- sync Subscription::cancel: request- and order-id branches merged; the
  cancel message is optional, InternalSubscription::cancel is not. Fixes
  order subscriptions (no order decoder has a cancel message), types
  without one, natively ended and snapshot-ended streams keeping their
  route until drop.
- request_cancel_message -> pending_cancel (async name); also None after
  snapshot end.
- TickSubscription::cancel skips the write once done (sync and async);
  sync still unregisters. Sync Drop is a plain cancel().
- tests: request_subscription wires a sender and returns cleanup signals
  so unregistering is observable.

* subscriptions: review follow-ups; async cancel ends the stream (#911)

- sync cancel: order_update_stream (no id, no ticket) now unregisters
  too; shared first, then optional id-routed write, then always
  InternalSubscription::cancel. Drops unused order_id field.
- async cancel: new shared `stopped` flag; every clone yields
  Err(Cancelled) at next poll, then ends (tick-stream precedent).
  Separate from `cancelled`, which cancel_and_drain sets while reading.
  Snapshot check moves into pending_cancel.
- tests: order_update_stream unregister + slot freed (transport);
  async clone/order-id stop and snapshot cancel with timeouts;
  drain_subscription folded into request_subscription; unregister
  asserted on the main path.
- docs: migration-5.0 behavioral bullet; CHANGELOG covers both clients
  and notes cancel doesn't cancel the order.
