errors: OrderIdInRequestRange; prune dead builders (#913) (#914)

- new Error::OrderIdInRequestRange { order_id } from OrderId::checked
  (place/submit/cancel/exercise, next_valid_order_id); Display interpolates
  REQUEST_ID_FLOOR; # Errors docs on the order methods. connect keeps
  ConnectionRejected
- delete OrderRequestBuilder and order_request{,_with_id} (bypassed the check)
- unused-builder audit: no #[allow(dead_code)] left in client/builders;
  delete MessageBuilder/message(), check_version, SharedRequestBuilder
  send/send_with_context, with_smart_depth, async with_context
- api-patterns.md mirrors real request/shared/order/context patterns
