Compose the Java descent (#817)

We descend into the containers through one named static method per
container type in the package-private ``final class Descent``, keyed
by the type moniker. A single method serves both the recursive and
the one-level descent through a runtime flag, and calls the method of
its items by name, so the descent composes to any depth:

    Descent.descendListOf_IAbstractItem(Something.this.items, true)

A non-recursive descent over a list of instances maps the items
directly instead of flat-mapping a stream per item. This prepares
the ground for the nested collections.
