Patch vulnerable Docusaurus transitive dependencies (#1385)

Pin serialize-javascript to 7.0.5 and uuid to 11.1.1 through npm overrides, and regenerate the website lockfile. This fixes both serializer advisories and the UUID buffer-bounds advisory while retaining the current Docusaurus release and Node.js requirement. UUID 11 preserves CommonJS compatibility for SockJS.

Validation: npm ci; npm audit reports zero vulnerabilities; production website build; development server compilation and documentation route; focused advisory regression probes and a real SockJS WebSocket session with message round-trip; Ruff format and lint, Pyrefly, and full pytest (9,085 passed, 19 skipped).
