Recommend wb-mqtt-homeui 2.265.0 or newer

The daemon now stops cleanly and clears its retained topics. A web UI older than 2.265.0 (wirenboard/homeui#1276) shows an empty activation link for that instead of "service is not running"; in main the daemon was killed by SIGTERM and the Last Will left status=stopped behind, which the old UI understood. The web UI is a mandatory package on the controllers, so a version bump of the recommendation is enough.
