chore(iota-types): drop ErrorChain now that the SDK signature error shows its reason (#13044)

# Description of change

Bumps the iota-rust-sdk rev to the latest `develop` (`9716aef`, the
iotaledger/iota-rust-sdk#1538 merge). There `iota-sdk-crypto` defines
its own `SignatureError`, whose `Display` states the reason, so
`ErrorChain` is removed and the call sites use `{e}` again.

- Signature errors no longer carry the `signature error: ` prefix, so
the passkey e2e assertions are updated.
- `run_query_from_json` now returns the `data` value and reports GraphQL
errors itself (iotaledger/iota-rust-sdk#1546), so `iota-vm-sdk` drops
its own handling.
- The bump also brings in the other SDK changes since `cd3f503`,
including JSON changes (`ChangeEpoch` u64s as strings). Snapshot tests
may need a refresh.
- `docs/examples/rust/Cargo.lock` isn't regenerated.
