* refactor(grpc-client)!: return request objects from the methods with nothing to configure

`object_references`, `coin_info` and `reference_gas_price` return request
objects like every other `GrpcClient` method. They have no setters.

* test(grpc-client): check the request the group A queries send

`coin_info` and `reference_gas_price` build their proto request in
`into_request`, and the tests check it: the coin type, and a current
epoch request whose mask holds only `reference_gas_price`.
`object_references` is checked through its inner objects request.

The struct docs of the `*Query` types in this group start with "Query
for" instead of "Request for", matching their names.

* refactor(grpc-client): read the reference gas price through the generated accessors

The read mask comes from `EpochField::REFERENCE_GAS_PRICE` and the value
from `GetEpochResponse::epoch()` and `Epoch::gas_price()`.

A response without an epoch now fails with the missing field `epoch`;
before, it was reported as a missing `reference_gas_price`. A response
with an epoch but no gas price still reports `reference_gas_price`.
