refactor(grpc-client)!: move the list queries' optional inputs to setters (#1554)

* refactor(grpc-client)!: move the list queries' optional inputs to setters

`coins`, `owned_objects`, `dynamic_fields`, `package_versions` and
`owned_move_objects` now take only their required argument. Page size,
page token, coin type, object type and read mask are setters on the
returned query, and unset setters keep the previous defaults. Request
objects are `#[must_use]`.

* test(grpc-client): check the request the list queries send

The list queries build their single-page request in `into_request`, and
the tests check the proto request it returns (owner, parent, package id,
type filter, read mask, page size, page token and message size) instead
of only the query's fields.
