fix: refresh the calendar's REST nonce when it expires (#82)

The calendar is given one REST nonce when the page loads. WordPress stops
accepting it after 12-24 hours, or as soon as the logged-in user changes
(User Switching, View Admin As). After that, every request failed with
"Cookie check failed" (rest_cookie_invalid_nonce) until the page was
reloaded.

On that error, api() now gets a fresh nonce from core's rest-nonce AJAX
action and retries the request once. A logged-out user gets no nonce, so
the calendar says the session has expired instead of retrying. Retrying a
write is safe: WordPress rejects the nonce before the request reaches
Trusted, so the first attempt did nothing.
