fix: Alias every model package in app_gen.go

Import every package the model reaches under a dp-prefixed alias,
its name free or not. Under its own name, a package such as query is
shadowed by the variable of that name the generated handler declares,
and a query field of type query.Term does not compile.

Keep generated identifiers clear of the dp prefix followed by an
upper-case letter, which leaves no list of names to maintain.
