collectors: add Tarantool YAML scalar formatting

Specific Tarantool YAML parser rules were added.

The YAML collector reads 020 as octal, accepts underscores as digit
separators, and resolves True and False as booleans. Tarantool reads
leading-zero numbers as decimal and keeps underscore-containing numbers
and non-lowercase boolean forms as strings.

Add collectors.WithTarantoolParserFormatting to enable these scalar
rules. Resolve lowercase plain yes/no and true/false as booleans, while
quoted and explicitly string-tagged values remain strings. Read 08 and
09 as decimal integers despite yaml.v3 inferring a float, and preserve
explicit numeric prefixes and float tags.

Include the existing EmptyAsString behavior in the option: empty scalars
become "", while explicit ~ and null stay null. Enable the option in the
Tarantool builder for files, directories and storage. The default YAML
format retains its existing behavior.

Mark parsed strings as type-fixed so schema validation and typed decoding
cannot convert them back into numbers or booleans. Normalize annotations
for resolved yes/no booleans so YAML serialization preserves their type.
