syntax: migrate YAML parsing to pure-Go gotreesitter

Replace smacker/go-tree-sitter with upstream odvcencio/gotreesitter,
including its YAML recovery fix. Move the parser and internal CST helpers
to the native Go API without a fork, preserving the public syntax API.
