* Withhold a nested signature when a container context goes untyped

The untyped-calling-context check of #998 reads a parameter's flat
typing, so it couldn't cover a container parameter, whose elements
carry the types and whose every context therefore reads as untyped. A
container reached from a call site that supplies no container the
analysis read kept the nested specification derived from the other
call sites, and TensorFlow enforces that nesting.

A container parameter is now checked at the granularity its evidence
has. It withholds with UNTYPED_CALLING_CONTEXT when a conforming
node is reached by no modeled value, when a caller's argument has no
abstract value, or when the argument can't be aligned with the
parameter. The last covers a starred unpack, which the analysis read
as the unpacked sequence itself rather than the element bound to the
parameter, and whose nested specification rejected the call it was
derived from. Like the flat check, it runs only once the elements
reduce, so it relabels no other absence.

* Look through a receiver trampoline for a method's starred call

A method is reached through a receiver trampoline, which re-issues the
user's call with the receiver bound and every argument positional. So
a starred unpack at the original site never showed in the invoke the
container check read, and a method kept the nested specification that
rejects the call it was derived from. The check now follows a
trampoline to its own callers, which are exactly the originating
sites, where the receiver is bound and the parameter sits one
positional slot earlier.
