feat: align with Motion 13.5.0 and accelerate scroll-linked values (#491)

* docs: plan scroll-transform acceleration and tree-shaking guard

- transform-scroll-acceleration/001: propagate useScroll's accelerate
  config through useTransform, matching framer-motion after motion#3857
- tree-shaking-guard/001: bundle-level check in the Vite 6 consumer
  fixture that locks in the documented tree-shaking guarantees

Bundles the published entry points through the package exports map
and asserts marker strings, modeled on upstream motion#3864:

- named MotionDiv and direct html/Div.svelte pull in no other wrappers
  and stay within 1% of each other
- svelteMotionOptimize() output matches the direct import (control:
  without the plugin, <motion.div> bundles every wrapper)
- all non-component exports together never pull in _MotionContainer;
  on failure, each export is bundled alone to name the offenders

* feat: accelerate useTransform values derived from scroll progress

useTransform now copies a useScroll progress value's accelerate config
onto its mapped result, so scroll-linked opacity/filter/clipPath/
transform/backgroundColor run as native ScrollTimeline animations on
the compositor thread, matching framer-motion.

- Uses the post-motion#3857 shape: times/keyframes padded to hold the
  clamped end values, extra leading ease for per-segment arrays
- Skips chained transforms, clamp: false, non-motion-value sources
- Stricter than upstream: input ranges outside ascending 0-1 stay on
  the JS path, since element.animate() throws on such offsets
