fix(test): stop Playwright webServer with SIGTERM under pnpm 12 (#490)

pnpm 12 runs scripts in their own process group, so Playwright's default
SIGKILL of the webServer group orphans the server and the run hangs
after tests finish. SIGTERM is forwarded by pnpm to the script.
