Revise IBMVisualizationTestCase tests preparing for pytest (#3414)

### Summary

Revise the tests that use `IBMVisualizationTestCase`, with changes
towards `pytest` and some refactorings:

* move the case down (into `test/visualization`, by moving a single test
that was using it outside it)
* this helps organizing, so the eventual fixtures are contained to that
package
* focus on bubbling up functionality to single functions in each file,
to prepare them for becoming fixtures
* focus on avoiding `setUp` (by making use of the new functions, and/or
preferring assigning inside the tests for simpler items)

### Details and comments

This also helps refining some conventions towards `pytest` usage. This
change is a bit more intrusive than initially envisaged (some tests do
contain line changes, should not contain logic changes), but helps
evaluate how much effort is needed for the rest of the codebase and
start aligning on items.
