* refactor(RangeSlider)!: drop the .range-slider-* rules and tokens

RangeSlider renders the range's markup since #1505, and the React and
Vue editions do the same since coreui/coreui-react-pro#531 and
coreui/coreui-vue-pro#464, so nothing renders a .range-slider-* class
any more. The stylesheet loses those rules and the
$range-slider-tokens and $range-slider-vertical-tokens maps; what stays
in _range-slider.scss is the vertical height token and the
multi-thumb, vertical, tooltip and clickable-tick rules of the
.form-range it builds.

Compiled output: coreui.css, the bootstrap theme and
css/components/range-slider.css each lose 266 lines and gain none, the
other entrypoints are byte-identical, and coreui.min.css shrinks from
70355 to 69089 bytes gzipped. The class API registry declares the ten
v5 .range-slider* classes in one entry pointing at their .form-range-*
names, and the form field example names its group and description.

* fix(RangeSlider): keep the range's styles in the slider partial

_range-slider.scss loads forms/form-range again. The module carries the
.form-range rules the slider's markup needs, so without it a Sass build
that uses the slider partial alone lost the thumb, track and fill, and
a build that loads it before the forms put .form-range after
.form-range-vertical in the same layer. Compiled alone, the partial now
loses only the 264 lines of .range-slider-* rules (586 to 322) with
.form-range still first, and the entrypoints are unchanged from the
previous commit.

The migration names the v5 Sass variables that are gone, the class API
reason says what replaced each class and where the tokens are mapped,
the form field example limits the group pattern to several handles,
and the form-range spec asserts the thumb token the slider test used
to check.
