syntax: add schema-backed YAML hover

Expose Tree.Hover over syntax.Position, returning field metadata and
source ranges through syntax.HoverItem and syntax.Metadata. Reuse the
internal CST context and field paths, including nested and incomplete
YAML.

Resolve descriptions, types, enums, constants, defaults, and deprecation
through schema references and composition. Preserve alternative branches
without annotations and keep metadata independent of the compiled schema.

Closes TNTP-10385
