syntax: add schema-backed YAML completion

Expose Tree.Completion over syntax.Position, returning property and
scalar candidates with insertion text and replacement ranges through
syntax.CompletionItem. Keep completion assembly in syntax/internal/cst,
reusing its context, recovery, and schema navigation helpers.

Handle nested mappings, sequences, incomplete YAML, quoting, defaults,
and schema constraints. Cover returned edits, concurrent independent
trees, invalid positions, and malformed input with table tests and fuzzing.
