syntax: add schema-backed YAML parser

Introduce a builder that compiles JSON Schema and configures a tolerant
YAML parser. Trees own their source, CST, line index, and shared schema.

Expose source coordinates through syntax.Position and syntax.Range.
Keep CST navigation, field paths, incomplete YAML recovery, and JSON
Schema traversal in syntax/internal, sharing reference traversal with
validation.

Serialize Parse and Close internally for safe concurrent parser use.
Preserve independent tree lifetimes and safe reuse after context
cancellation. Cover source ownership, cursor boundaries, schema paths,
concurrent parsing and closing, and cancellation regressions.
