Add file content helper extension methods

The moment you want to read or write the file a ChainablePath points
to, you had to switch to File.ReadAllText(path.ToString()) and back,
a constant context switch in build scripts and tests that otherwise
speak Pathy throughout.

Adds thin wrapper extension methods (ReadAllText, ReadAllLines,
ReadLines, ReadAllBytes, WriteAllText, WriteAllLines, WriteAllBytes,
AppendAllText, OpenRead, OpenWrite) that behave exactly like their
System.IO.File counterparts, including not creating missing parent
directories, so their behavior is fully predictable to anyone already
familiar with File.*.

Closes #136
