Add EnsureDirectoryExists returning the path so it chains (#182)

CreateDirectoryRecursively returns void, breaking the fluent style
that ChainablePath otherwise encourages. EnsureDirectoryExists is
idempotent and returns the same path, so "make sure this directory
exists, then use it" can stay a single expression.
