feat(settings): show when config was last retrieved; name the device in Freedom (#70)

* feat(settings): show the Better Stack config under the build

Settings now shows, under the build line, whether this handset is shipping
logs, the endpoint Freedom gave it, and whether it holds a source token.
The token itself is never shown. Re-read on every visit.

* feat(settings): show when config was last retrieved; name the device in Freedom

Replaces the Better Stack lines under the build with one line: when Freedom
last confirmed this handset's config.

Link now tells Freedom its name, platform, model and app version when it
hands its session over, so it is no longer '(unnamed)' in the site's
Devices tab. It hands over once more after each update, re-attaching the
same device, so handsets enrolled on older builds get named and the app
version stays current.
