lua: expose thread-safe dirname via minifio

On macOS, `dirname()` returns a pointer to process-wide internal
storage. Concurrent module loading can overwrite a path before
Lua copies it:

 | Thread A: ffi.string(path) -- observes B's result

This patch exposes a thread-safe dirname helper from minifio.c
and uses it in `fio.dirname()` and `package.setsearchroot()`.
