feat: Show the deployed commit in /about (#359)

Staging autodeploys a fixed image tag, and the version only changes on
release, so /about could not tell which code was running.

CI now passes github.sha as the BUILD_COMMIT build argument, and the
Dockerfile stores it as an env var. /about returns it as buildCommit.

The ARG goes after the build steps, so a new commit does not invalidate
the cached dependency layers.

A build without the argument (local docker compose) still sets
BUILD_COMMIT, but empty. /about returns null in that case.
