Copy read-only sets in Python set operations (#801)

We generated ``a.intersection(b)`` and ``a.difference(b)`` in Python,
which mypy rejects when ``a`` is a constant set, a read-only argument or
a ``Final`` local, as we generate them as ``AbstractSet``. The operators
``&`` and ``-`` type the result as ``AbstractSet`` as well, while the
meta-model can mutate the new set. We now record ``read_only_receiver``
in the type inference, and generate:

    reserved = set(aas_constants.RESERVED_TEXTS & seen)
    both = seen & texts

This copies only the result, so the complexity stays the same.

We also introduce ``BuiltinMethodKind`` so that all the targets dispatch
on the built-in methods exhaustively with ``assert_never``, as we already
do for the built-in functions.

We switch the test to intersect the constant set with a local one so
that the read-only receiver is covered.

80 of 96 new or added lines in 7 files covered. (83.33%)
