add wide and wrap modes to the job inspector (#71)

* fix(web): bind htmx handlers on polled content immediately

htmx binds swapped content in its settle step, 20ms after the swap by default, so a click landing
right after a 5s poll hit a dead button. openInspector now clicks once and waits for that job's own
response, so a dropped click fails the test instead of passing on the live poll.

* add wide and wrap modes to the job inspector

The wide toggle opens the inspector as a near full-width overlay with runs beside a full-height log,
the wrap toggle (on by default) wraps long log lines. Both are remembered per browser, and Escape
closes the inspector.
