Stop the unit suite hanging on the lost-connection test (#673)

* fix(test): stop the unit suite hanging on the lost-connection test

aLostConnectionSaysItIsReconnectingReportsItAndWaits launched the shell before an await and called
waitUntilExit after it, so the test could resume on a different pool thread. On the macOS 26 runner
that wait sometimes never returned although the shell had exited and been reaped, and swift test hung
until the CI timeout in 3 of the 4 master runs since #655. startShell now sets a terminationHandler
before run() and the test awaits it, keeping every assertion.

OverlayRunJobTests left three tests without frames(), so neither socket end was closed and each
leaked a listener and a fake-origin thread blocked in read(). Those tests now read back their frames,
and frames() closes the origin end too.

* fix(test): close the helper socket in the unreported-status run-job test

aReportTheAppNeverGetsLeavesTheHelpersStatusAlone closes the origin end itself and never calls
frames(), and OverlayJobRunner does not own the socket it is given, so the helper end leaked one fd
per run.
