Bump Ariadne to 0.52.104, and report a script no source folder covers (#991)

* Report a script no source folder covers, instead of crashing

When a project's source folders leave a script that contains an import
uncovered, the analysis now raises a typed
`ScriptOutsidePythonPathException` (wala/ML#977). Catch it and fail the
project with a message naming the script and the PYTHONPATH in effect.

With `skipScriptsOutsidePythonPath`, the script is instead left out:
the engine is rebuilt without it, and the skip is logged, reported as a
warning in the refactoring status, and listed in the evaluator's
`skipped_scripts.csv`. It's off by default, since whether an uncovered
script matters is the project's call.

Fixes #990.

* Bump Ariadne to 0.52.104

It carries wala/ML#977's typed ScriptOutsidePythonPathException, which
the previous commit catches, and the fixes for wala/ML#978, #979, #980
and #981. No unit pin moves.

* Test the uncovered-script failure and skip

A fixture whose project directory holds its source folder in/ and a
script with a from-import in extra/, which no source folder covers.
One test checks the default failure names the script; the other checks
that skipping lists it and still analyzes the covered script. The test
stub resolves every source folder to the project's directory, so the
fixture resolves its one source folder itself.

Also resolve a reported script against the directory the engine
collects scripts from, and drop the engine constructors nothing calls.
