* docs: add a code-generated 30-second promo video

Every frame is drawn on a canvas by render(t) and every sound is
synthesized in Node; render.mjs captures the frames in headless Chrome
and muxes them with the soundtrack through ffmpeg. The rendered video
and intermediate outputs are git-ignored.

* fix(docs): keep the kick transient and fail promo renders loudly

The sidechain now holds the mix at full level for the kick's first
12 ms, as its comment already claimed. render.mjs reports a Chrome that
never starts or never exposes a page, a missing soundtrack, and a
non-zero ffmpeg exit instead of throwing a TypeError or printing
success, and always shuts Chrome down.
