Re-measure the benchmarks and name the server in full

The published numbers came from Python 3.10 and older uvicorn and starlette,
and every row has moved since. Both pages now carry one fresh run of the whole
matrix, with the conditions it was taken under.

The matrix gains `tools/list`, which is where a tool's schema is written and
the one operation the previous tables could not see. `benchmarks/schema_cost.py`
answers one request with no socket under it, for a two-field tool and for a
twelve-field one with `$defs`, enums and nullable unions. It is what shows
that a definition is derived once per revision rather than per request; the
matrix, running through a socket, cannot.

The server rows are labelled `aiohttp-tiny-mcp`, the name of the package.
