docs: explain that BCC addresses are intentionally absent from headers

Per RFC 5322 section 3.6.3, blind-copy recipients must not appear in the
header section of a transmitted message.  enmime's builder therefore
holds BCC addresses aside and delivers them as SMTP envelope recipients
via Send()/SendWithReversePath(), so Build() never emits a Bcc header.

Expand the docs for BCC, BCCAddrs, GetBCC and Build to make this explicit
and note it in the README, so callers don't read the empty header as a bug.
