Transpile ``break`` in for statements (#791)

We transpile the ``break`` statement in the bodies of for-loops,
including in the branches of the switches and if-statements nested in
the loops. The parse tree gets a ``Break`` statement which, like
``Continue``, can not complete normally, and the type inference refuses
a ``break`` outside of a for-loop.

A ``break`` in a native switch exits the switch instead of the loop in
C++, C#, Java, TypeScript and Go. Hence, we parse a chain which would be
a switch, but whose branches break the enclosing loop, as an
if-statement comparing the subject explicitly:

    if number == 3:
        ...
    elif number in (-50, -51):
        break

becomes ``else if (number == -50 || number == -51) { break; }``.

The common meta-model ``for_statements`` covers a ``break`` in such
a chain, in a switch followed by statements, and in the nested branches
of a switch in a nested for-range.
