* ODPresentation : Write placeholders as presentation objects

A title, a centered title, a subtitle, a body, a footer, a date and a
slide number placeholder are now written with `presentation:class` and a
`presentation` style in place of a graphic one, and marked
`presentation:user-transformed` so that they keep their own position,
size and style. LibreOffice exports a title written this way as a
heading in a tagged PDF. The other kinds of placeholder have no class and
stay plain text boxes.

The Reader reads the class back as the placeholder, and reads the style
of a shape from `presentation:style-name` as well as `draw:style-name`.

content.xml is no longer indented: LibreOffice keeps the indentation
after the last run of a paragraph as a space, which ODF 1.3 (part 3,
6.1.2) says to drop. In a title that space took the 44pt font of the
layout and pushed the text down.
