Input validation, noise-model docs, docs build config and release-note link
fixes now live on docs-updates. The doping sweep keeps its own
terminal-measurement check so this branch does not depend on that one.

Replace the DopedCircuit class with a (doped_circuit, doped_wires) tuple. The
undoped CheckedCircuit keeps its analyses and post-selects the doped circuit's
results, since the checks and classical bits are unchanged.

* Let CheckedCircuit.box box a doped circuit

box(doped_circuit=...) boxes a doped version of the checked circuit, such as
the one returned by dope. The circuit is validated first: it must be the
checked circuit with only RZ rotations added, on the same registers, each
before its qubit's measurement and commuting with every check's stabilizer.

* Box doped circuits through dope(box=True)

Replace box(doped_circuit=...) with dope(box=True, payload_layers=...,
box_options=...), so a boxed doped circuit always comes from dope and needs no
validation. payload_layers and box_options require box=True.

* Simplify doping

* Cleanups

* Replace missing import
