feat: typed current.props, generated prop-set docs, plugin interaction tests (#319)

* feat: typed current.props for every plugin, generated prop-set docs, interaction tests

- addDataExport now declares an explicit (empty) DataExportPropSet, so
  `current.props` is precisely typed across all fifteen plugins; a type
  test guards against `any` leaking back in.
- addVirtualScroll exports VirtualScrollPropSet so its row props are
  documented from the type like every other plugin.
- Docs plugin pages render their prop sets from
  docs/src/lib/generated/plugin-props.json, produced from the library's
  TypeScript types by scripts/generate-plugin-props.ts during the docs
  build, instead of hand-written lists.
- Interaction tests pin hidden-column filters, expanded rows with column
  filters, group-by with pagination, selected rows with pagination,
  sort-by and table-filter with sub-rows; matching Interactions notes on
  the plugin pages.
- Playwright preview port is configurable via PLAYWRIGHT_PORT so local
  Firefox/WebKit runs are not hijacked by another project's server.
