feat(filters): add matchMode option; type current.attrs per key; docs e2e in CI (#317)

- addColumnFilters gains `matchMode: 'self-or-descendants' | 'self'`.
  The default keeps today's behaviour (a parent stays visible when any
  descendant matches); 'self' requires every kept row to match on its
  own values, dropping non-matching parents with their subtree.
  Documented on the plugin page with a red-first test.
- TableComponent.current.attrs is typed as AttributesForKey<Item,
  Plugins>[Key], matching attrs(), so cell.current.attrs.colspan and
  friends type-check.
- The docs kitchen-sink example's select filter listed one <option> per
  row value, so repeated statuses produced duplicate keys and a Svelte
  each_key_duplicate error on load; options are now unique.
- New docs-tests workflow runs the docs Playwright smoke tests on PRs
  that touch docs/** or src/lib/**; the main test workflow excludes
  docs, so those tests never ran in CI before.
