* Writer ODText: Write the alternative text of an image

The alternative text of an image was written only by the Word2007 and
HTML writers. The ODText writer now writes it as the svg:desc of the
image frame, which LibreOffice exports as the /Alt of the figure in a
tagged PDF.

The ODText Reader does not read images yet, so the text is not read back.
