* ODPresentation Reader : Read the type of a picture from draw:mime-type

LibreOffice writes the type of a picture as loext:mime-type for ODF 1.2
and as draw:mime-type, which ODF 1.3 standardized, from 1.3 on. It writes
ODF 1.4 by default now, so the Reader missed the type of every picture
it saves and decoded the file through GD: an SVG came back as an empty
bitmap with a warning, any other picture as a PNG.

The Reader now takes draw:mime-type and falls back on loext:mime-type.
