Tests : Stop the chart title test looping forever on PHP 7.4 (#1030)

On PHP 7.4, ZipArchive::addFromString() replaces an entry by deleting it
and appending a new one, so numFiles grows. testChartAutoTitleDeletedIsReadBack
walked the archive up to numFiles and patched every chart part it met,
the appended copy included, and so never ended: the PHPUnit 7.4 job has
hung on it and been cancelled on master since #1029.

The loop now stops at the number of entries the archive had before it.
