* PowerPoint2007 Reader : Read the title of a chart

The Reader never read the text of a chart title, so every title came
back as "Chart Title" in the default font. It also hid the title
whenever c:autoTitleDeleted was there at all, and the Writer writes it
with val="0" on every chart with a title.

The Reader now reads the text of c:title and the font of its first run,
which is where the Writer puts it. A chart with a title of its own shows
it; without one, c:autoTitleDeleted is read as the xsd:boolean it is,
true when val is left out.
