Commit Message

feat: move the hunt group chooser from Settings to the Overview (#68)

The hunt group dropdown now sits on the Overview, above the call flow it
scopes, with its own Save and a Refresh button that reloads the list and
the call flow from the panel. It saves through its own action and
TamarSettings::saveHuntgroupId(), which changes the id alone: the
Settings form's save reads an absent verify_tls checkbox as unticked, so
reusing it would have switched TLS verification off.
