feat: reuse the panel login session across requests (#67)

Every WordPress request that touched forwarding logged in to the Tamar
panel afresh (GET the login page, POST the credentials), because
Beacon's transport keeps its cookie jar for one request. A login per
page load is the pattern a bot detector looks for.

The session cookies are now stored once a page proves them
authenticated, encrypted with the password's key in a non-autoloaded
tamar_panel_session option, and later requests send them instead of
logging in. Each session is retired at a lifetime drawn at random
between 10 and 30 minutes; a session the panel refuses is dropped and
the request logs in afresh and retries once. The row is scoped to a
hash of the panel URL and username, cleared on settings save and on
uninstall, and Test connection always performs a real login.

Beacon is unchanged: stored cookies reach its transport through the
http_request_args filter, scoped to the URL in flight, and are read
back through its existing cookies() accessor, so Trusted's vendored
copy does not have to move with it.

Also corrects the documented login flow, which described a single POST
to /customer-login/.
