docs: agents, memory: the fence gate is redlint's, and the snippet format

AGENTS.md named the wrong mechanism for the code-fence rule. It is not
`putout .`: the rule is `markdown/apply-ts-codeblock-in-file`, a filesystem
scanner enabled only in putout's `.filesystem.json` match, so it runs under
`redlint`. `putout .` catches a wrong fence with the generic `parser` rule and
`--fix` cannot resolve it. Also records that `redlint` lints `process.cwd()`,
takes no path argument, and that its `fix` mode will delete the local
`coverage/` directory at the repo root.

Adds the deployed-snippet contract that `redput` depends on, since it explains
the two filenames `fetch_snippet` resolves: a gist of `transform.js` (first line
a comment naming the rule) and `source.js` (the fixture).

MEMORY.md registers markdown.md in the re-check list, so the open half - no
`redlint` over `docs/` in this repo - gets revisited rather than going stale.
